1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777z platform available at 777z.onl (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 777z platform. 777z reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The 777z platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 777z operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 777z account. The operation of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods used. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 777z does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific territory. Pakistani users acknowledge that they access and use the 777z platform at their own legal risk and in full personal compliance with all applicable local laws.

2.5 KYC Verification. 777z may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documentation may include a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777z account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 777z will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

3.2 You must notify 777z immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account. Until such notification is received, 777z shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 You must not share your account with any third party. All activity conducted under your 777z login credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised such activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. 777z accepts deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Account Holder Only. All payments must be made using accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777z reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where the originating payment method does not match the verified account holder's identity.

4.3 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the 777z cashier at the time of transaction. 777z does not charge processing fees on JazzCash or Easypaisa transactions; fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

4.4 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah typically complete within one business day. Withdrawal processing may be delayed pending KYC verification.

4.5 Currency. 777z accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777z is not responsible for currency conversion costs or exchange rate fluctuations where applicable to international payment methods.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers awarded by 777z are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

5.3 777z reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled after partial wagering has occurred, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, duplicate accounts, or other abuse will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of associated funds, and a permanent ban from the platform.

5.5 Free spins awarded as part of promotions are subject to their own RTP and wagering conditions as specified at the time of award. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets placed on the 777z sportsbook and all gaming activity in the 777z casino are final once confirmed. 777z does not accept requests to void bets except in cases of obvious technical error, which shall be assessed at 777z's sole discretion.

6.2 In-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. 777z is not responsible for bets accepted during temporary delays in odds updates caused by data feed latency or technical issues. Bets placed after an event's conclusion will be voided.

6.3 PSL and other cricket betting markets operate according to standard cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook. In the event of a match being abandoned, rescheduled, or affected by weather or other external factors, settlement rules specific to each market type will apply.

6.4 777z reserves the right to suspend any market at any time without prior notice. Bets already placed on a suspended market will be settled according to the stated rules or, if no outcome can be determined, voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Casino games at 777z – both live dealer and RNG – operate under rules displayed within each game. RNG outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. 777z does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot guarantee any specific result for any player.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777z platform:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform;
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors;
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity conducted through the Platform;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users;
• Any conduct intended to defraud 777z or other users of the Platform.

777z actively cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspected fraudulent or illegal activity without prior notice to the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777z platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data, is the property of 777z or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without 777z's express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of funds resulting from technical failures, third-party actions, or force majeure events.

9.2 777z's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 777z does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability. 777z accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

10.1 777z is committed to responsible gaming. All users are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.

10.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. A self-excluded account will be blocked from all access to the Platform for the duration selected by the user. 777z will not market to self-excluded users during the exclusion period.

10.4 The 777z platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. This restriction is applied without exception.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 You may close your 777z account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining after the satisfaction of all pending bets and bonus wagering obligations will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

11.2 777z reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to 777z.

11.3 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777z reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation.

12. Amendments to These Terms

777z reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent platform notice. Your continued use of the 777z platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 777z's licensing jurisdiction. Pakistani users access the Platform under their own legal responsibility and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation under all applicable local laws.

13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 777z platform, you agree to first contact 777z's support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution in good faith. 777z will respond to formal disputes within ten (10) business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of 777z's licensing authority. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall affect your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
